RETURN POLICY

According to EU Directive 2011/83, it is possible to return purchased products free of charge within 14 days from the delivery of the order. To initiate the return process, please contact us at info@bassocontinuo.it, and we will provide you with the necessary instructions.

A refund will be made once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, within 14 days from the receipt of the goods at our warehouse. Please, note that the return will only be accepted if the item(s) is undamaged and in the same condition as when you received them.
Made-to-order and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
