Born in 1976, in Milan, Antonio Lanzillo graduated in Industrial Design at the “Politecnico di Milano”.
In 2001 he founded his own design studio Antonio Lanzillo & Partners, which became today an international creative agency which develops product projects, communication and strategy in multiple areas: from interior to urban design, from lighting to consumer electronics, from watchmaking to mobility.
The collaborations as freelance with Marc Sadler and Rodolfo Dordoni and with important companies such as Repower, Cucine Lube, Technogym, Ghidini, Bassocontinuo, Conte Group, Slide, Tomasella, Eurostand, Fontana Arte and Elica, in addition to the continuous interactions with the world of the project in the Far East, have allowed him to mature over the years an important experience in different fields and tecnologies, turning him in a dynamic and creative designer who achieved several inyternational awards. All this combined with a particular attention for sustainability.
He stands out thanks to a continuous and precise search for originality of the form and for functional innovation, features that describe perfectly also the iconic Zen. The architect has redesigned for Stilnovi Design (brand of Bassocontinuo) the entire line, maintaining a lightweight design with geometric lines but at the same time rethinking all the details.
He likes to define the design as creativity applied to business and his style is an original synthesis of continuous research, acute observation, quick intuition, tireless curiosity, passion for innovation, respect for the past and enthusiasm for the future.
